We have a no refund policy. You must call 24 hours before class to reschedule. Refunds are ONLY issued if the instructor cancels. Meaning, that I will not be able to accommodate your needs to obtain certification the class. As long as there is an opportunity to reschedule NO REFUND will be issued; NO EXCEPTIONS! Payment is required at the time of class registration.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for class you will have to reschedule! There is a $25 rescheduling fee that must be paid in order to schedule another class at a later date. No call no shows will result in NO REFUNDS or registering for future classes.
